Orders & Shipping
All in-stock items will ship within 7 business days unless otherwise stated. Any special orders will be invoiced and payment will be collected at the time of order. While a lot of our equipment requires installation for optimal performance, we also offer the option to pick up orders and in-stock items if you would prefer to self-install.
Returns
We do our best to make sure that any purchase you make from us is right for you and that you are satisfied with your purchase before you take delivery. All returns are at the sole discretion of British Audio Guys LLC and, if authorized, must be made within 14 days of sale. You must contact us to request a return authorization. Any returned items must be in as-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories. A restocking fee of 20% will apply and, if applicable, all shipping costs will be your responsibility. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. No cash refunds will be given. If any returned items are damaged or missing parts, the items will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Any special orders or items built to order are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Used, ex-demo, and special offer items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Service Charges
Our call-out charge for on-site visits is a minimum of $500, which includes the call-out and the first hour of service, plus mileage to and from your location, billed at the current rate set by the California State Board of Equalization. After the first hour, the rate is $250 per hour.
Any equipment purchased from us includes a one-time setup and installation. Some systems may require additional setup at a later date, which will be included at no extra charge.
In-store/office service charges start at $250 per hour, though rates may be discretionary depending on the equipment involved and the specific service required.
